Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately sale items can not be returned.

When will tracksuits be available?

Tracksuits will be available in our A/W 20 collection coming soon

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately orders cannot be changed, if you are not happy with your order once it arrives you can return it for a refund or exchange.

What should I do if my order is wrong or faulty?

Contact us at info@amikokids.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.

What if my shipment gets lost?

Please notify us as soon as possible, or within 30 days of shipment if you have not  received your package.

We reserve the right to investigate all missing or lost packages, and receive the results of the investigation before proceeding with a resolution.

Repeated claims of non-receipt can lead to the cancellation of your service.

Do I pay to return my order?

At this time it’s the customers responsibility to pay for the returns cost.
